This Field Service Technician Position Features:

Immediate need for field service technician seeking great company, great culture and great benefits.
Must haves:
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Minimum of three years’ experience in performing maintenance for any of the machines listed: (CNC, HAAS, Metsura, Makino, Okuma, Mills, Lathes)
Knowledge of OEM machine controllers (FANUC, HAAS)
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
Critical thinking, Technical ability, Mechanical aptitude, Electrical aptitude, Troubleshooting ability, Customer service, Willingness to learn, Accountability, Self-management
Detail-oriented will be keys to success in this stable organization.
Will be responsible on the following:
Able to work with complex CNC machines up to & including 5 Axis.
Perform machine leveling and alignment on all machines. Preventative Maintenance, Repair, Installation
Troubleshoot hydraulics, electronics, and software, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
Execute repairs and preventative maintenance.
Maintain high quality levels/standards in all work performed and follow all safety procedures and requirements.
Work based on a sense of urgency with machine down conditions.
Accurately document all actions and findings at time of service.
Communicate with other team members, internal departments and/or external vendors to resolve issues related to installation and service.
Communicate as needed to customers including notification of arrival, progress updates, and checking out upon leaving the customer site.
Stay up to date on new procedures and techniques and be aware that continuing training and education is excepted.
Responsible for the cleanliness, care, and upkeep of all company property.
Organization of parts and tool storage.
