Check customers and members in and out.
Handling cash and debit/credit transactions
Handle incoming and outgoing mail
Data entry
Customer Service Shift Info
Day Shift, 7:30am to 5:00pm
MUST be able to work weekends and holidays
Monday - Sunday

Customer Service Qualifications (Requirements/Skills)
Customer Service experience required.
Excellent Microsoft office skills
Ability to complete 60 WPM.
Works well in a team environment
Works well under pressure
2 years working in an office.
Ability to multitask.
Able to work in the US.
Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
Excellent at communicating over the phone and handling phone systems.
Able to concentrate on multiple problems at once
