• Set up and operate punch press machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications
• Monitor machine operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a punch press machinist or similar role
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
