Minimum 1+ years Behavior Specialist experience required.
Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Location:Pleasant Hill, WA
Job Type: Full-time / 35 hours perweek
Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Provide one-on-one or small-group support to students with behavioral challenges
- Collect and analyze behavior data to track progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to create an inclusive and positive learning environment
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or currently enrolled in a college or universityis preferred
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Experience working with individuals with diverse learning needs and behavior challenges
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
