Aerospace Buyer / Planner

Specialized Recruiting Group is seeking an Aerospace Buyer / Planner to fill a Direct Hire opening in Billerica, MA! 

Responsibilities: 

• Liaison between Engineering, Operations, Quality, Purchasing, and Shipping/Receiving departments to facilitate effective communication and meet project requirements.
• Review capacity and schedule jobs to ensure efficient workflow across departments.
• Purchase products from assigned suppliers for demand and stock requirements.
• Plan and manage inventory pipeline for low to medium-complexity products.
• Proactively expedite backlog to maintain production schedules.
• Identify and update supplier changes open order reports.
• Perform basic purchase order additions and maintenance tasks.
• Execute stock rotations as per supplier authorization agreements.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelors Degree 
• Previous experience in the Manufacturing Industry is required 
• Previous experience in the Aerospace Industry is a plus 
• Previous experience as a Buyer / Planner is required 
• Written and verbal communication skills 
• Microsoft Office 

Compensation: $100-120K
