• Onsite in Morristown, NJ
• Contract
• Schedule: M-F 8am - 12 or 1pm

Only considering candidates with the following:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Experience in a similar Office Assistant role
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner and prioritize accordingly
• Ability to work independently

Responsibilities:

• Review, clarify, and finalize job requirements, ensuring compliance with branding standards
• Produce production proofs and maintain quality throughout the process
• Schedule delivery/pickup and manage inventory of materials, ordering as needed
• Sort and process inbound and outbound mail, including accountable and weekly pouch mail
• Monitor and restock pantry supplies, handle dishwashing, and maintain cleanliness
• Check and maintain single-function printers, restocking paper and consumables as necessary
• Conduct daily and weekly inventory of office and copy room supplies, placing orders through procurement when needed, with special orders requiring approval
