Are you an experienced CNC Programmer with a passion for precision and a knack for problem-solving? We are a leading company in the Engineering industry, seeking a dynamic and innovative individual to join our team as a Permanent CNC Programmer. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the design, development, and production of high-quality parts for a diverse range of applications. Responsibilities:
As a CNC Programmer, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Developing and implementing CNC programs using NX CAD/CAM to optimize machine operations and ensure the production of high-quality parts.
2. Utilizing Vericut to simulate and optimize CNC programs, identifying and resolving any potential issues prior to production.
3. Managing first piece production, ensuring that all parts meet our stringent quality standards and specifications.
4. Designing and developing part holding tools to facilitate efficient and effective production processes.
5. Collaborating with our engineering and production teams to troubleshoot any issues and implement solutions.
6. Continuously monitoring and updating CNC programs to improve efficiency and productivity.
7. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, advancements in technology, and best practices in CNC programming.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the CNC Programmer role will possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC programming, preferably in the engineering industry.
2. Proficiency in NX CAD/CAM and Vericut.
3. Experience with first piece production and the ability to ensure the production of high-quality parts that meet specifications.
4. Demonstrated ability to design and develop part holding tools.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.
