Volt is NOW HIRING a Maintenance Technician in beautiful Rancho Santa Maria, Ca! This successful candidate has 3+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing CNC machines, EDM, Compressors, Dryers, Manual mills and lathes, and welding equipment to ensure effective results for a high-quality finished product.
This is a DIRECT HIRE, Full-Time opportunity.
Schedule: M-F with Opportunity for OT on Saturdays
1st Shift: 5AM-2:30PM
Compensation: $25-30+/Hr.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• MUST HAVE experience troubleshooting CNC machines, wiring machinery, and making repairs to electrical components.
• Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to demonstrate proficiency by performance or certificate in the following skill sets: Mechanical, Electrical, Pneumatics and Hydraulics
• Perform mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance on all systems including pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Perform welding using cutting torches or other welding equipment.
• Experience and basic knowledge of material handling equipment, electrical, plumbing, pneumatic and hydraulic skills, and maintenance.
• Pre-employment background and drug test

Summary:

• Troubleshooting and repairing CNC machines, EDM, Compressors, Dryers, Manual mills and lathes, and welding equipment to ensure effective results for a high-quality finished product.
• Responsible for preventive maintenance and ordering of necessary parts for maintenance and repair of equipment.
• Use schematic diagrams to troubleshoot and repair electric, hydraulic and pneumatic circuits.
• Complete preventive maintenance on all production equipment in a timely manner according to schedule
• Properly use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• May perform other related assignments as needed.
