Job Title: Office Assistant
Location: Centralia, Washington
Length: 1 year Contract
We are currently seeking an organized and efficient Office Administrator to join our client’s team in Centralia, Washington. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Responsibilities:
· Welcome visitors and ensure their comfort; direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
· Answer incoming calls, provide courteous assistance, and transfer calls to the relevant personnel.
· Maintain an up-to-date employee directory.
· Assist Branch Manager and Operations Manager with various tasks as needed.
· Collect, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages; follow branch procedures for package logging.
· Assist in preparing and delivering mailings as required.
· Manage office supplies inventory by monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and verifying receipt of supplies.
· Collaborate with the IT helpdesk to troubleshoot basic office technology issues.
· Provide assistance to walk-in applicants by distributing employment applications and directing them to our company's website.
· Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, mail distribution, and filing.
· Prepare copies and other materials for meetings and marketing campaigns.
· Maintain a clean and organized office space by disposing of waste, tending to plants, and refreshing common areas.
· Monitor, reconcile, and address discrepancies in appraisal and credit report invoices.
· Coordinate events, meetings, and conferences with various departments; assist with agenda preparation and meeting setup.
· Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
· Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· High school diploma or equivalent
