BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated RCA Specialist at Columbus, OH,
We place consultants for end clients all over the USA.

Position: RCA Specialist
Location: Columbus, OH
Duration: 6-12 Months Possibility of Extension 

Hybrid in Columbus, OH. 3 Days in Office (Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday)

This is part of the new Risk program where only two vendors are submitting resumes to this position.

Bachelors degree required.  Recent grads are ok, depending on degree program. College athletes would be a bonus. 

Could you explain their typical work day in 3 sentences or less? The purpose of the KYC Refresh project is to review work items for material discrepancies found between what is on record with the bank for various data elements (name, address, TIN, etc) and what information was returned from a Vendor. Contractor will use multiple systems of record to determine that the customer continues to maintain an active relationship with the bank and will work to determine what information (bank, vendor) is accurate for the customer for all data elements. If the bank record is thought to be incorrect for any data element/s, the contractor will create a new work item for our Outreach team and let them know what information we need to confirm from the customer.
•Any education requirements? Bachelors degree required
•3-5 hard skill sets (outside of what is listed in the req): Ability to multitask within multiple software systems at the same time, Quick Learner, Self-starter, Comfortable asking questions to trainer/team lead, Adaptable to changes in procedures, Can retain and apply new information
•Training length: ~2 weeks
•Training shift schedule: 8:30 am to 5 pm
•Shift Schedule: 8 am to 5 pm-some flexibility

Partners with their assigned Line of Business, other Risk/Compliance/Audit (RCA) professionals, and RCA Managers to, depending on their function, create, implement, maintain, review or oversee an effective risk management framework. Participates in projects and/or activities that ensure compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Identifies gaps and inform solutions that minimize losses resulting from inadequate internal processes, systems or human errors. Identifies, responds and/or escalates risks as appropriate. Serves as a functional liaison between the Line of Business and the Lines of Defense.

Required Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
•Two to three years of applicable experience
•Excel knowledge 
•Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages, including Microsoft Office
•applications and word processing, spreadsheets
