Job Description
We're looking for a top-notch HVAC Dispatcher to join our growing team! As the key link between our technicians and our valued customers, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our service runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Answer customer calls regarding HVAC service requests
Diagnose basic problems and dispatch the right technician for the job
Schedule appointments efficiently, considering technician availability and urgency
Create and manage work orders, ensuring all necessary information is documented
Maintain clear communication with technicians and customers throughout the service process
Provide exceptional customer service, resolving concerns and ensuring satisfaction
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of experience in dispatching or a similar fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
A basic understanding of HVAC systems is a plus
