Are you seeking a part-time role where you can utilize your skills as a CNC Set Up Technician? Are you interested in extra hours on the weekend?  We are looking for experienced CNC Set Up Technicians to support Mills and Swiss lathes.  Do you thrive in a manufacturing environment where precision and quality are essential? 🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Perform moderately complex troubleshooting of equipment and perform adjustments.
• Test and inspect machines to determine safe and efficient operation, perform routine maintenance and
• fix standard malfunctions.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering specifications and shop orders to determine machine setup,
• production methods and sequence of operation
• Operate powered industrial equipment if needed.

• Utilize measuring instruments to maintain quality and precision.
• Complete all necessary documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Adhere to 5S standards to maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

🎓 Qualifications:

• Perform work under general supervision with 2+ years of experience.
• Handle basic issues and problems independently, referring more complex issues to higher-level staff.
• Possess a working knowledge of subject matter.
• Ability to interpret work instructions accurately.
• Proficiency in following written and verbal directions.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong mathematical skills.
