DIRCET HIRE  Senior Lead Operations

A local Rougemont, NC company is searching for a well experienced Senior Lead Operations Leader. Daily duties include overseeing the entire production process of the nursery  Assist in logistics and computerized shipping requirements,  assist in creating production plans, Leading all employees in the Production Department  Follow purchasing protocols for seeds, plants tissue cultures needed in the production from both domestic and international sources.

  What We Are Looking For:

 

• Degree in horticulture or related field strongly preferred
• 1-3 years nursery experience preferred
• Managerial and supervisory skills are a must
• Windows Operating System proficiency including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and others
• Experience with lean flow concepts preferred
• Demonstrated initiative and self-direction
• Demonstrated team skills
• Effective interpersonal skills
• Excellent and effective communication skills
• Sense of urgency to achieve timely, quality results
• Attention to detail
• Strong attention to safety

 

Pay: $25/Hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday - 8AM - 5PM
