Position Overview:

As a Press Operator, you are a key player in our operations. You will be operating all press machines and feed equipment in accordance with specifications. Ensuring precision and excellence with each task. This is not just a job; it's an opportunity to be part of our growing company that values your skills and dedication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operating production machines and feed equipment as per specifications and instructions.

- Set up presses, align stock, and assist with transfer system set-up.

- Operate automatic presses, ensuring compliance with control plans and production paperwork.

- Monitor press fluid levels, troubleshoot using Smart Pac and controls.

- Conduct inspections and use measuring tools to ensure quality.

- Maintain a clean work area during and after production.

Requirements:

- Ability to lift 50 pounds periodically and 30 pounds regularly, and standing for the entire shift.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform routine duties, including loading and unloading fixtures.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with Leaders and other team members

- Adherence to safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work area.

- Flexibility to work efficiently and meet or exceed established company goals.

- Previous experience in press operation.
