Wright Implement was established in 1936 on a farm in Harned, KY and has expanded to 15 locations throughout Kentucky and southern Indiana. Wright Implement is searching for qualified individuals for the purpose of selling new and used agricultural and turf equipment to new and existing customers

Purpose:

This individual will perform a variety of duties related to the product sales, receiving and delivery of products and accessories that contribute to the efficient, safe, and profitable operation of the store. They will assist in the maintaining of inventory and shipping and receiving. They will assist in helping to maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. This person will also assist with the organization of the yard.

Specific Duties Include:
• Assist with incoming products, which may include, but not limited to loading and unloading.
• Use store equipment, including forklifts and resources safely and proficiently.
• Take a proactive approach to inventory control by assisting and/or reporting discrepancies.
• Help organize the yard as needed.
• Complete a thorough check on all products prior to transferring it to the warehouse or other locations.
• Provide support to the service departments.
• Pick up and deliver products for internal and external customers and vendors as needed and escort semi-trucks as needed during equipment transfers,
• Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments and adhere to all policies and procedures as specified in company manuals and as directed in the employee handbook.
• Conduct self in the presence of customers and community so as to present a professional image of Wright Implement.
• Proactively seek and participate in available company-sponsored training, in an effort to develop and advance knowledge base and skill set.
• Participate in all company/location driven communication efforts, including open book meetings, department meetings, and other related efforts.
• Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner.

Job Requirements:
• Work independently with little or no supervision while functioning in a team environment
• Ability to operate equipment including but not limited to a forklift
• Organization skills
• Computer Skills
• Customer Service Skills
• Valid Driver’s License
• The ability to perform the majority of job duties outdoors
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
