Maintenance & Remodeling Services LLC is a growing company located in West Allis that offers general contracting, demolition, siding, rough framing, finish carpentry, painting, drywall and numerous other services to both residential and commercial sites throughout Southeastern Wisconsin. We are looking for an experienced and dependable Construction Laborer to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for working with our Project Managers and Field Leads on various residential and commercial jobs.
- - Must have a min of 2 years of experience with home and/or commercial remodeling.
- - Good communication skills are a must, along with a positive attitude and professional presence.
- - Follow directions and perform tasks as assigned by the project manager and senior field technician
- - Assist in tasks related to home remodeling, inclusive of carpentry, painting, drywall and demolition
- - Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and possible hazards
- - Load and unload building materials
- - Make sure job site is left clean & tidy at the end of the day
- - Submit job notes on a daily basis.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Applicants must have a basic understanding of carpentry and skills associated with home remodeling. This position requires the ability and willingness to work in a team environment, interacting with other employees and clients. Along with:
- - High school diploma or GED
- - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (NO EXCEPTIONS)
- - 1-2 years experience in residential/commercial remodeling or construction
- - Knowledge of safety standards and procedures
- - The ability to read a tape measure, safely operate power tools and own your own hand tools
- - Must be able to follow directions and work as a team
- - Must possess excellent time management & communication skills, along with a drive to learn and be proactive
- - The ability to lift/carry 80 pounds consistently
SCHEDULE: Full Time: 40 hours per week, typical hours from 7 am - 3:30 pm
Required qualifications:
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 18 years or older
- At least high school diploma or equivalent or higher
- Valid driver's license
