We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer on-site for our client in Lancaster County, PA!

The Quality Engineer will be responsible for the following:
- Managing supplier audits
- Monitoring supplier performance
- Preparing quality reports
- Analyzing quality issues
- Facilitating inspections
- Managing Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARS) and Corrective Action Requests (CARS)
The Quality Engineer MUST have the following experience:
- 4+ years minimum experience working in quality / lean manufacturing
- 2 year technical degree - minimum educational requirement, Bachelor's degree preferred
- 4+ years of experience working with suppliers required
- 4+ years of experience with internal audits
- Willingness to submit to a criminal background check
- Ability to work as a team player
