Job Description
PrideStaff of Carlsbad is looking for motivated and experienced Warehouse Clerks in San Marcos, CA - 2 Openings
**MUST HAVE PROFICIENT COMPUTER SKILLS AND FORKLIFT EXPERIENCE**
Shift time: Monday - Friday 6am -230pm with an unpaid 30 minute meal break
As our Warehouse Clerk, you will be a part of our Materials department. As our Warehouse Clerk you are responsible for receiving products from our shipping department and transferring them into the stockroom. The Warehouse Clerk must ensure that all products remain in good condition when packed and keep the warehouse operating efficiently at all times. In addition you are responsible for pulling work orders for production, pulling distribution sales orders for shipping, transporting material and reporting required information to all departments.
Criteria for Success:
Computer knowledge
Forklift Experience
Communicate effectively with all Co-workers
3-5 years Receiving & inventory experience
Ability to multi-task and coordinate the successful completion of multiple projects at the same time
What will you be Accountable for?
Ensuring that all material is issued to job in a timely manner
Review incoming shipments and compare packing slips to PO's to ensure that the correct material & quantity have been received as well as overall condition
Assist in cycle counting and physical inventory counts
Kit work orders / for production to release work orders and execute
Return material to inventory from work orders when jobs are complete by reconciling work orders

You will collaborate with personnel to perform cycle counts and physical inventory counts and notify team members of product shortages. In addition you will actively participate with the Manufacturing Team on improvements to inventory procedures. You will collaborate across Winchester in a way that leads by example, exhibits empathy, ensures task ownership, uses data to make decisions, and puts the customer first.

Support Manufacturing by focusing on monthly revenue with inventory transactions and adjustments
Issue material to the floor in a timely manner to ensure that on time delivery is achieved
Strengthen/build your department resources to align personnel and achieve the best results (cycle counting, cross training, organization)
Collaborate frequently with other departments to ensure priorities for OTD are met, and customer communication is supported
