Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sales Support Representative to join our team. The Sales Support Representative will play a crucial role in supporting our customers and sales team, ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to work under tight deadlines, professional appearance and etiquette, reliability and a genuine desire to succeed.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, and preparing sales documents
- Assist with lead generation and prospecting activities, including following up on referrals
- Support existing and potential customers, by providing product ideas, information and quotes
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
- Assist with account management activities, including order processing, and resolving customer concerns
- Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal preparation

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is preferred
- Strong sales skills and the ability to understand budgets and deadlines
- Excellent communication skill, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify potential opportunities for business growth
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8-5 M-F, No nights

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
