Job Description
SIGN ON BONUS -- $2500 - $5000
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines, including troubleshooting and diagnosing issues.
- Conduct inspections and identify worn or damaged parts that need to be replaced.
- Repair or replace faulty components, such as fuel systems, electrical systems, and brakes.
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed to ensure proper functioning of diesel engines.
- Align and adjust engine components to manufacturer specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of diesel engines and their components.
- Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair techniques.
- Ability to diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues.
- Proficiency in using power tools and other equipment required for diesel engine repair.
- Familiarity with soldering and welding techniques is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
