Job Summary: To enhance our service quality, we seek a highly skilled HVAC installer specializing in retrofit installation. This role involves upgrading outdated systems with cutting-edge, energy-efficient solutions in both residential and commercial settings.

Responsibilities:

• Design, install, and maintain HVAC systems focusing on retrofit applications.
• Diagnosed and troubleshot mechanical and electrical defects for practical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Educate clients on system functionalities, providing top-notch customer service.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in HVAC installation, specifically with retrofit projects.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and technical proficiency in HVAC systems.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; EPA 608 certification preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
