Career Growth! Stable Schedule! This opportunity is with an international firm , looking to add someone to coordinate and process client invoices!

Utilize your excellent communication, administration and accounting experience within a company with an amazing culture and that loves positive energy. This position offers a hybrid schedule M-F 8:30a-5:00pm, $17.50/hr plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and manage client billing
  • Verify account status information as necessary
  • Identify and correct errors
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external customers
  • Ensure compliance is met
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and/or billing a plus
  • 2 or more years of office or administrative experience required
  • Must be highly proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detial, organizational and comunication skills
