Hours: Monday - Friday (8am-5pm)
PrideStaff is looking to hire a Groundskeeper for one of the Top-Rated Property Management Groups in Columbus. The Groundskeeper will be responsible for managing the upkeep of a family friendly apartment complex. Groundskeeper will benefit from an outstanding benefits package and other employee perks!
Groundskeeper Duties:
- Keeping grounds and landscaping in tip-top shape
- Assisting with light maintenance and learning new maintenance skills
- Providing customer service to current and future residents
- Managing priorities and competing demands in a busy environment
- Clearing sidewalks and common areas of snow, ice, and debris
- Basic Maintenance
Groundskeeper Qualifications:
- Reliable and consistent
- Ability to make own decisions
- Troubleshooting
- Attention to detail oriented
- Own basic hand tools is a plus
