General Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to join and lead our team! You would oversee our residential house cleaning company that has been in business for over 30 years. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operations, profitability, and interacting with our customers. This is a leadership role that requires excellent organizational skills and exceptional customer service abilities. This role is only M-F 8-5pm, no weekends.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the business including managing staff, clients and operations.
- Ensure quality work is being done to the customers satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for staff members
- Train and mentor employees to provide exceptional customer service

Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff, customers, and vendors
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address issues quickly and efficiently
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a General Manager in the cleaning industry is preferred.
- Computer skills using basic functions such as: email, excel, word and other software.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and sound decision making
