Office Administrator

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in office management tasks? We're seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our client's team in Greenwood and support their daily operations. This company is a leading commercial and industrial excavation company serving central Indiana,

Duties Include:

• Filing documents and maintaining organized records.
• Answering incoming calls and directing inquiries.
• Assisting with accounting tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) for various administrative tasks.
• Creating and organizing files to streamline operations.
• Supporting the owner with estimates and project management.
• Conducting background checks, e-verify, and managing I-9 forms.
• Miscellaneous office duties to ensure a tidy and efficient workspace.

Pay and Benefits:

• Competitive pay range of $22-$25 per hour based on experience.
• Full-time position, Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Qualifications:
