Summary: Join Surge Staffing as a Client Support Specialist Intern and gain hands-on experience supporting our branches, managing accounts, and engaging with vendors. As a Junior pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in communications or related fields, you'll play a vital role in our operations and develop essential skills for the staffing industry.

Primary Responsibilities:

·         Assist in training branches and managers on internal and external systems.

·         Update and maintain MSP accounts, including time, expenses, and payments.

·         Conduct audits on MSP accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.

·         Participate in conference calls with vendors and MSPs.

·         Provide support for office inquiries and resolve issues related to MSPs.

·         Assist in coordinating and attending training sessions for office staff.

·         Collaborate with customers to address concerns and provide solutions.

·         Support accounts receivable tasks and assist with collections as needed.

Qualifications:

  • At least a Junior pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in communications or related fields.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and internet research.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Availability to work full-time at our Columbus, Ohio headquarters.
  • Willingness to travel to various locations as required.
