Job Description
Now hiring several full-time skilled Maintenance Technicians for apartment communities throughout Flagler Beach, FL! Apartment maintenance technicians are responsible for general maintenance in the apartment community.
Position: Apartment Maintenance Technician
Will be responsible for making readies, turns, and work orders. Excellent customer service experience is required and must have at least 1 year of apartment maintenance experience and a reliable means of transportation.
We will be responsible for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, and various maintenance tasks, including cleaning up the grounds, at our communities.
