A local moving company is seeking full-time employees for drivers or movers.

Join our growing team of professional movers! Looking for professional movers to operate the local moving van, have a least 3 years of driving experience, and can drive a manual transmission. Class A drivers are welcome to apply as well! No previous experience is required but if you have previous experience, your take-home pay will be higher due to your knowledge of the industry. We offer both hourly and as well as production pay/commission; so, our take-home pay can also be higher than posted depending on your work ethic, drive, and already existing military access approval. We have steady work all year long servicing moves in the local area of Savannah, Georgia.

Job Duties / Team Member Expectations:

Moving functions: Pack small items into boxes / Pad wrap large items for transit / Load and unload items at a warehouse or customer’s residence. Customer service-oriented: Have a positive “can-do” attitude that is comfortable speaking with customers. Take proper care of the customer’s household goods as if they were your own. Treat customers, management, and other team members to keep a constructive work environment that promotes growth. Strive for positive customer reviews that result in bonuses and more jobs for the individual Can pay attention to detail - take management direction and follow instructions. Can effectively communicate and help lead teams' of 2/3 people to ensure daily goals are met.

Safety driven: Complete morning truck reports ensuring that the vehicle is in good working order and all equipment is ready for use.
