Job Description
The Spa Manager Position responsibilities include:
Leading a staff of service professionals
Demonstrated ability to balance coaching/mentoring with discipline
Delivering outstanding customer experiences in spa services and retail operations
Strong listening skills to facilitate problem solving
Oversees daily operations of the Spa
Handle administrative tasks including but not limited to scheduling answering phones, booking appointments, entering guest information into management system
Ability to work flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends/holidays
Strong organizational/planning and computer skills
Sales experience we are a membership based business with the majority of our income if from monthly memberships.
Have flexible schedule working 40-50 hours per week.
