Project Engineer

Manifest Solutions is currently seeking a Project Engineer for a hybrid position in Columbus, OH.

• Coordinate the overall engineering activities between company, Developer, Architect Engineer (A/E), and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) for Generation capital projects.
• Ensure production of engineering deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Ensure that the design meets stakeholder expectations, and the constraints are resolved in a timely manner.
• Provide engineering progress updates to the project team and stakeholders.
  
• Lead complex engineering discussions that require the input and efforts of a wide array of entities both internal and external to company.
• Ability to identify, clarify, and resolves complex technical problems that require multi-disciplined analytical techniques.
• Help to drive to conclusion where differences of opinion are likely to exist.
  
• Ability to present complex technical subjects, clearly, concisely, and persuasively, bringing in ancillary issues before senior management.
  
• Builds teams and networks that extend through company, and other companies
  
• Possesses the experience and knowledge to make technical decisions based on calculated risks.
  
• Understands how strategies and decisions impact the relationship with our customers and suppliers.
  

Requirements:

• Has typically acquired 6 or more years of related engineering experience along with a Bachelor's degree in engineering in a program accredited by ABET; or 4 years of related engineering experience along with a Master's degree or PhD in engineering from a program accredited by ABET
• Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) in any U.S. state or Puerto Rico is encouraged and preferred.
