Compensation:

$100,000+ at plan

Responsibilities:
  • Research and assess client's needs and match properties that fulfil those needs
  • Follow up on buyers' inquiries and shepherd them through the purchase process
  • Network and promote to find new business opportunities
  • Lead a minimum of 25 to 50 buyers annually through the home-buying journey
  • Provide exemplary service and advice to all clients
  • Conduct property showings and assistance to potential buyers
  • Develop long-term relationships in the real estate sector by joining a team-oriented network
  • Remain open to ongoing learning and growth
  • Participate in open houses, MLS activities, and other forms of networking to help generate sales and present offers to sellers
Qualifications:
  • Current NV Real Estate License
  • At least 1 year of NV Real Estate sales experience
  • Proficient with the MLS
  • Knowledge and understanding of current real estate trends
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • High school diploma or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Customer service, sales, or real estate sales background preferred
  • Demonstrates a people-oriented, positive, and customer-focused attitude
  • Acts as an advocate for clients and their goals
  • Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exhibits active listening and active questioning techniques to build relationships and establish client needs
  • Demonstrates great attention to detail for contract writing and review
  • Good ethics are essential
  • Displays persistence and resilience when dealing with challenging situations
  • Has good organizational and time management skills
  • Willingness to commute by car
  • The ability to work primarily from home or remotely
  • Available for some weekend and evening hours
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Spanish language skills are an advantage
