Community Access Services invites passionate individuals to join our dedicated team in empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). As a nonprofit committed to fostering inclusivity and support, we're currently seeking enthusiastic Direct Support Professionals (DSP) for our 24-hour residential program in Clackamas, OR.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct care and support in a group living setting, following Individual Support Plans (ISP) to enhance quality of life for those served.
  • Assist with daily living activities and skill-building exercises, promoting independence and personal development.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of activities and observations, ensuring comprehensive care.
  • Prioritize safety and well-being while fostering a positive environment for individuals.
Qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks and adapt to changing situations.
  • Successful completion of a level II background check.
