Successful and tenured Farmers Insurance District Manager is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team.


The role of an Office Administrator/Recruiter is to support the district office in assisting Farmers Insurance agency owners in achieving business growth. Working alongside the district office team, this position supports agents in enhancing productivity and establishing larger, more efficient, and resilient Farmers agencies. Additionally, this role is crucial in growing our district by increasing the number of agencies and staff within those agencies.


This position offers growth opportunities and requires candidates with customer service experience, strong technical skills, excellent organizational and communication abilities, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and agency owners.

Responsibilities
  • Provide additional information to agents about the policies, practices, and procedures of the company
  • Provide system and technology assistance for our agents
  • Communicate with Agents and their staff members regarding business results
  • Coach and support the progress of full-time agents and provides recommendations for increased productivity and profitability
  • Manage job board postings and candidate searches on online job boards
  • Assists in conducting initial interviews during the recruiting process
  • Engage in and enhance district recruiting systems to achieve company goals
  • Follow-up with new candidates regarding studying and licensing
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Demonstrate our Farmers Core Values which include integrity and serving our customers (internal & external) by providing exceptional customer service

Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Phone and email)
  • Great listening skills with a strong desire to understand agents' needs
  • High-level attention to detail and accuracy in execution of work and tasks
  • Strong organizational skills, self-motivated, and focused on meeting deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrates integrity, maturity, and a constructive approach to challenges
  • Open to feedback, and strives to improve own performance based on that feedback
  • Ability to attain Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance Licenses within the first three months.
  • Degree required from an accredited institution.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required and web-based applications
