SUMMARY:

Responsible for overseeing daily operations of front of the house restaurants and bars.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Prepares the schedule of the Food & Beverage personnel to ensure uninterrupted service.
  2. Promotes positive customer service by assisting guests in addressing their complaints and resolving their problems.
  3. Monitors restaurant transactions to ensure the correct recording of sales, including the separation of comp sales, when applicable
  4. Monitors and maintains an inventory of food supplies needed in the operation.
  5. Ensures the general cleanliness of the restaurants and ensure health standards are adhered to.
  6. Ability to attend training classes as required by various franchise operations.
  7. Maintain and promote a professional appearance and demeanor.
  8. Adhere to current laws and policies to provide a work environment free from illegal and discriminatory behavior.
  9. Perform all job functions in a safe and responsible manner.
  10. Must have the ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervises Food and Beverage personnel in designated outlets of responsibility. Interview, hire, and train in designated outlets of responsibility. Plan, assign and direct daily work. Appraise performance; document concerns and discipline; address complaints; resolve problems; control the flow of supplies and materials; provide for the safety and security of department employees.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

· High school diploma or equivalent required.

· Secondary education preferred.

· Three (3) or more years of progressive leadership experience in Food & Beverage or Culinary management.

· Possess overall knowledge of F&B preparation and presentation.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

· Valid Drive License, Clark County Health Card, Alcohol Awareness Card and Non-Gaming Card

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Must be able to effectively communicate in English.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

COMPUTER SKILLS

Must have Microsoft Office experience and basic computer skills. Knowledge of MGT, Patron and Cage software preferred.
