Work Schedule: Monday- Friday 7am-4:00pm MUST be willing to be flexible as jobs may change
Position Responsibilities for the Assistant Project Manager
- Cultivate a working relationship with managers, supervisors, fellow employees and customers that encourage a cooperative environment.
- Professional written communication, documentation and work tracking practices.
- Experience with Google calendars and Outlook calendars.
- Write RFI’s dictated by others.
- Experience with Excel.
- Put together, send and file closeout documents, O&M manuals.
- Organize job folders (electronically).
- Put together submittals/ submittal folders and submittal books for field use.
- Assist with take offs/ counts.
- Manage online file storage system.
- Send/ receive change orders estimated by others.
Minimum Qualification for the Assistant Project Manager
- Administrative/Clerical Experience required
- 2+ years of Construction Experience required
- Experience with Certified Payroll
- Prior A/R and payroll experience
- Timberline Software Experience preferred
- Microsoft Office Experience, specifically with Excel required
- Must have a High School Degree or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must adhere to company screenings
- Must have valid Driver’s License
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to adhere to large amounts of sitting
- Must be able to speak English and hear to communicate
