Experienced Customer Service Representative

Today the company has three locations and continues to serve the Siouxland area and Southeast South Dakota offering outstanding service and the most reliable and efficient equipment.

Currently, we are seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Vermillion office, who will be the Voice of Our Company. This role requires a genuine and friendly phone voice and personality. Someone who's easy to talk to and likes helping people. You will be taking incoming calls, booking appointments, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. Training is provided for this position.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• 1+ years of customer service experience in a professional office setting
• Ability to multi-task and use a multi-line phone
• Fast learner
• Advanced customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Computer skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Well organized and ability to work independently
• Ability to problem solve and resolve customer complaints and concerns

Work Schedule: The work week will consist of four days 8:00 am - 5:00 pm and one day a week from 10 am - 7 pm Monday through Friday, plus every four weeks a working Saturday from 8:00 am to 12:00pm in the Yankton office is required.

Starting Pay: Starting at $18 - $20/hr depending on experience
