Job Description

We are a small team with an all hands on deck approach. We are seeking two crew members, asphalt paving experience preferred. We work consistently through the season but value balance and your personal time as well. It's a family-like environment that focuses on quality and customer satisfaction. Pay rate will be determined based on experience.

Required Skills

Ability to follow verbal and written instruction
Ability to do basic math
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instruction
Display a professional and courteous attitude to co-workers, supervisors, customers and the general public at all times
Report to the assigned job site in proper attire and ready to begin work at the designated start time
Strict adherence to safety requirements and procedures
Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required
