Position Overview


As a service coordinator on our team, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders, promoting additional products, and managing inventory using DDI software. You'll address delivery issues, handle resale certificate requests, and field customer inquiries to ensure exceptional service. Your attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction will contribute to our success in delivering outstanding service to our valued customers.


Responsibilities Include


  • Process customer orders using DDI software.
  • promote additional items from the DDI internal order pad to enhance sales opportunities.
  • Evaluate inventory levels to ensure product availability meets customer demand
  • Resolve delivery issues by verifying and updating customer information, including address, phone numbers, and correcting any missing details on paperwork.
  • Handle requests for resale certificates by tracking and scanning documentation into the DDI system.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders, providing timely assistance.
  • Collaborate with team members to conduct cross-reviews of orders, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Communicate potential delays in order deliveries to customers and the sales team
  • Facilitate on-site sales transactions, delivering exceptional service to customers.
  • Manage truck manifesting processes and update lot information to facilitate smooth deliveries.
  • Address and resolve all customer inquiries up to invoices ensuring customer satisfaction.


The ideal candidate will have


  • College Degree Preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service environment preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with sales professionals, customers, team members and management required.
  • Must be detailed oriented and well organized
  • Microsoft Excel Skills Preferred
  • Effective problem-solving skills and adaptability
