Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs on furniture items including but not limited to upholstery, woodwork, and mechanical components.
- Inspect incoming furniture shipments for damages and ensure quality standards are met.
- Assemble and disassemble furniture as needed for repairs or customer deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with the sales team to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in furniture repair and restoration.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy furniture items.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or retail setting is preferred.
