Spanish Speaking Patient Care Technician Full Time

Precision Injury Care has treated tens of thousands of satisfied patients over the years. Our locations provide integrated medical services to our patients by combining Chiropractic, Physical Therapy and Interventional Pain Management for pain related conditions.

We are in need of a full time, Spanish Speaking Patient Care Technician to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Triage patients while checking vital signs and entering pertinent symptoms on EMR.
• Transcribe reports from medical personnel
• Review reports for completeness
• Correct errors in transcription, grammar, punctuation and spelling
• Obtain any test results and enter them on EMR.
• Send routine medications to pharmacies as instructed by a physician.
• Prepare injections as instructed by a physician.
• Assist in pain injection procedures.
• Screen email messages and relate pertinent messages to a physician.
• Work collaboratively with other team members and providers
• Clean beds and prep rooms for next patients

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in medical assisting
• Familiarity with transcription devices
• Familiarity with medical terminology
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to take and follow directions from providers
