HOURS OF WORK: MONDAY- FRIDAY 7:00-4:00, SATURDAY (3 week rotation) 8:00-5:00

The BDC Agent is responsible for providing outstanding customer service with problem solving skills and product knowledge from the beginning to the end to ensure we are exceeding the customer's expectations. The agent is responsible for creating and maintaining business relationships with current and potential customers in order to drive business.
 
Responsibilities
  • Answer a high volume of incoming calls in a genuinely friendly and courteous manner
  • Prioritize customer needs to ensure highest degree of customer satisfaction
  • Provide great listening skills while being attentive to customer needs
  • Accurately enter new customer information into the system and verify existing customer information
  • Schedule service appointments accurately and efficiently
  • Contact customers by phone, email, and text until customer responds
  • Check email and chats frequently and respond to inquiries immediately
  • Maintain positive relationships with teammates, advisors, technicians, and management
  • Make outbound calls to generate service appointments
  • Troubleshoot problems and provide information on status of repairs
  • Log all customer comments and communicate customer concerns with teammates and BDC Team Leader
  • Arrive at work, take breaks and lunch, and depart work at the times designated by the Team Leader
  • Maintain a high level of personal grooming, hygiene and dress consistent with company policies
  • Report to management any situation or condition that jeopardizes the sagety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership, its employees, or customers
  • Mainatin a positive and enthusiasti attitude
  • Research required information suing available resources
  • Perform other duties assigned by the management

Qualifications

  • At least one previous role based in customer service experience
  • Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
  • Prompt and courteous demeanor
  • Positive and hardworking personality
  • Strong computer skills
  • Valid driver’s license
