Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced tradesperson to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in residential remodeling projects. You will work closely with our team of designers, project managers, and other tradespeople to complete projects on time, within budget, and above client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute a variety of construction tasks related to residential remodeling projects, including but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, tiling, and painting.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and other project documents.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to plan and schedule project work.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and subcontractors to ensure a smooth project flow and high level of customer satisfaction.
  Troubleshoot and solve on-site problems as they arise.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a skilled tradesperson in the construction or remodeling industry.
• Proficiency in at least one trade (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, electrical) with a willingness to perform tasks across other trades as needed.
• Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and drawings.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; trade certification or apprenticeship in a related field is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
