Mechanical Design Engineer

The Mechanical Design Engineer is a multi-faceted position with a consulting engineering firm, from conceptual design to detailed design drawings issued for construction, supporting field service work and generating equipment documentation. The Design Engineer gets involved in R&D, prototyping, analysis, applications engineering support as well as interfacing directly with customers.

Properly formatted for heavy industrial applications – Balance of plant designs for biomass/ Cogen facilities, paper mills, Renewable fuels, pellet mills, MSW applications etc.

Requirements: BS Mechanical or chemical Engineering (possibly Civil or Structural) or several years of design for piping, hvac, P+ID systems - facilities systems
