QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous leadership experience in a fast-paced, casual dining pizza or Italian restaurant
• Pizza restaurant cooking experience
• Strong knowledge of proper food handling techniques
• Proven leadership experience and time management skills
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills

SCHEDULE

You spend about 30 hours per week at a workstation and 10 - 15 hours on managerial duties.

YOUR ROLE

As our Hands-On Restaurant Supervisor, you oversee all aspects of our establishment and jump in to help wherever you're needed, whether it be in the kitchen or front of the house. Your goal is to optimize our operations and help us meet all sales objectives and growth targets. Serving as a role model, you demonstrate proper techniques and the best practices for your team.

Your managerial duties include managing scheduling, hiring new employees, observing staff, and coaching team members in their roles. You conduct daily briefings and regular performance reviews to see where our team is at and where we can improve. Thinking creatively, you create new menu items and develop engaging promotional activities. In the kitchen, you oversee food quality, ensure safety standards are closely followed, and order more supplies for our inventory. You empower every employee to do their best and play a massive role in our success!
