Project Supervisor

Role and Responsibilities ***Eligible for Rapid Pay Increases***

The primary role will be functioning as an exterior expert performing project supervision, client relations, and some repair and improvement services. Roles include the following:

• Interact with the clients and General Contractors.
• Interact with roofing, siding, and other production crews.
• Supervise subcontracting crews to ensure project specifications are met.
• Work closely with office teams to ensure project outcomes.
• Problem-solve any job site issues.
• Schedule appointments and track work progress using company software.
• Ensure quality and successful customer experience.
• Daily travel from job site to job site, mainly within a 100-mile radius.

DAILY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO

1. Carpentry Skills.
2. Roofing repair- asphalt, cedar, metal, etc.
3. Leak investigation and repairs
4. Siding repair- vinyl, LP, Hardy, etc.
5. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• 3+ years' experience in residential / multi-family construction.
• Strong technical understanding of building construction.
• Attention to detail; organizational skills; and time management skills are required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills. Must work well both independently and as a team.
• Self-starter with proven ability to exceed goals.
• Willingness to learn additional skills as required.
• Must have a VALID Driver's License.
• Some computer knowledge/experience is preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to drive to and from several locations during the day.
• This person must be able to carry and climb ladders and have the ability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds.
