Expected work schedule for the Columbus Campus Minister:

We offer flexible full or part time schedules. Overtime or weekends may be required for specific events as well as attendance at the IFI retreat.

Pay structure for a Columbus Campus Minister:

IFI provides training in order to equip Columbus Campus Ministers in personal fundraising. The Columbus Campus Minister will develop a team of partners to cover financial needs such as salary, benefits, ministry expenses, and pray for their ministry. A Columbus Campus Minister can expect a salary of $25,709-$80,000 based on experience and other factors.

About the area and Responsibilities of a Columbus Campus Minister:

This position is part of the Central Ohio ministry team and requires the candidate to live near the campus on which they will be serving. We are currently seeking Columbus Columbus Columbus Campus Ministers to serve at:

• The Ohio State University
• Franklin University
• Denison University
• Ohio Wesleyan University
• Capital University
• Columbus State Community College.

The Columbus Campus Minister will evangelize and disciple international students, scholars, and their families by building friendships, connecting with student associations, and hosting cultural events and Bible studies. The Columbus Campus Minister will also mobilize other Christians to serve on a campus ministry team, pursue creative ways to share the Gospel, and develop culture-specific outreaches.

Qualifications needed of a Columbus Campus Minister, including Spiritual Characteristics

The Columbus Campus Minister must adhere to IFI's statement of faith, core values, and policies. The Columbus Campus Minister must be a person of character who faithfully extends God's love globally by mobilizing Christians to effectively communicate the Gospel in the context of various cultures.

Education/Experience Preferred for a Columbus Campus Minister:

• Minimum of a Bachelor Degree
• Minimum of one-year involvement in campus ministry or completion of IFI ISEED Program
