Blackburns Chimney Sweeps is currently hiring for a full-time Chimney Service Tech Apprentice / Helper to assist our technicians in the Columbus, OH area. This position earns a competitive wage of up to $18 per hour with the opportunity for raises through certification and commission possibilities.

DAY-TO-DAY

This full-time position typically works Tuesday through Saturday from 7:30 am until the routes are finished.

As a Chimney Service Tech Apprentice / Helper, you assist certified techs out in the field. While being their helper, they mentor and train you on everything you need to know including cleaning, inspections, relines, installations, and masonry repairs. You also assist with bringing in and setting up equipment as well as cleaning up jobs after completion. You are eager to learn, happy to help, and can't wait to advance in this skilled trade with our company!
