**Pay Rate up to $17.50/hour**

Responsibilities of a Maintenance Technician:

• Maintaining the building in compliance with current federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and guidelines.
• Maintaining the building in good repair and free from hazards.
• Maintaining the fire alarm system, sprinkler system and emergency generator system in good working order.
• Maintaining the heat/cooling system, plumbing fixtures, electrical, etc., in good working order.
• Maintaining lighting levels that are comfortable, and assuring that exit lights are in good working order.

Requirements of a Maintenance Technician:

• Knowledgeable in all basics of plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning, appliance troubleshooting and repair, carpentry, drywall patching and repair, and other general maintenance tasks.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies.
