Therapist/Therapist-in-Training (School based)

Family Services is a non-profit organization that protects, heals and cares for children and families throughout Northeast Wisconsin. Family Services is strongly committed to protecting children and vulnerable individuals from abuse and exploitation. When traumatic situations occur, our staff is there to assist the individual or family with their journey of healing and recovery. Family Services cares for individuals who are isolated, abandoned or just need help developing the skills to live successfully.

Our Counseling Clinic offers traditional, outpatient counseling in Green Bay and Menasha and has an opening in our Menasha Clinic for a full-time Therapist with LPC or LCSW credentials to provide school-based therapy for students. There will also be an opportunity to do clinic-based work a few days per week. Though most working hours will occur during the school day, a willingness to work some early morning and evening hours is required in order to meet the needs of the students and their families. This is a 10 month/year position, however, as a fulltime position comes with year round access to medical and dental insurance at the full-time employee rate.

Qualified candidates will have a Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or other closely related mental health discipline. Candidates must also have Wisconsin state certification as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Professional Counselor (LPC) and are eligible for Medical Assistance, Medicare (if applicable) and other third party reimbursement. Applicants with in-training licensure will be considered, and can earn the 3,000 hours with on-site clinical supervision.
