Sales Consultant Apprentice

The sales consultant apprentice position affords an excellent opportunity to support high performing, established sales consultants with a variety of tasks.  The goal is to allow the sales consultant to spend more time maximizing the customer experience while allowing the apprentice to learn the role from the ground up!  The following is what a typical day may consist of but the duties of an apprentice are certainly not limited to this.   That is what makes this a very exciting position with unlimited potential for growth in the dealership and ultimately a role as a seasoned sales consultant: 

*Process support                                *Vehicle delivery 

*Confirming appointments                  *Gathering pertinent information from the customer as needed     

*Customer contact                              *Follow up 

*Paperwork completion                       *Vendor follow up with sold customers

*Elevating the sales consultant to a place of great efficiency in all that they do to allow them to sell more vehicles!

The right candidate must be able to work at a fast pace(on your feet) and have the ability to multi task.  This position is customer facing and involves a great deal of communication with other dealership employees and customers.  You must have a great personality and not be afraid of a challenge!
